Prime Minister

Hi, hello. I recently sent a letter I had written into the prime minister of Canada discussing abortion. I told him my thoughts on the issue. Several of the examples I used were very good I thought and I had a friend read it who thought is sounded very professional and she hadn't thought of a lot of what I said. I would post it on here but unfortunately I don't know how to attach it. I received a letter in response back. It wasn't directly from him but he had requested this particular assistant to send me a letter in response. They thanked me for expressing my concerns and stated that the prime minister is always interested in the opinion of young Canadians. He also stated that my comments have been carefully noted. I was incredibly excited to get this letter. It is starting to make me think. Maybe I don't have to wait for graduation to reach my destiny. Maybe I have been watching it out the window all along but just kept walking by.

almost christmas

Hi, hello. So its almost time for Christmas once again. Another year has flown by and I am just that much closer to my destiny. So the movie Salt came out today and that is one of my most absolute favorite movies. Angelina did an incredible job in it providing both the intense action sequences and the drama that should go right along with it.The point of this post was that I rented the movie and was then watching special features. I was watching the commentary with the director and he began talking about how after a month it was released to the public there were illegal downloads splashed all over the internet. He went on to talk about that one of his friends went bankrupt due to pirated films of his. I had never thought of that when people illegally download films it would have an impact like that. IT does so just don't do it. People think that these movies are produced for our enjoyment for free and they are too cheap to pay to watch it. The truth is that the only reason they are still around today to produce movies is because we pay to watch it and so they have money to produce it. If we stopped paying then eventually they wouldn't be able to afford to produce it. The director expressed his concerns that maybe one day there won't be movies in theatres or anything like that because it gets stolen from them and they go bankrupt. I can't help but wonder if maybe, just maybe he is right.

Pirates of the Caribbean #4!

Hi, hello. So I am officially a little ticked off right now. No, more like a LOT ticked off. I was just reading online that the fourth pirates isn't gonna have Kiera Knightly in it. They took her character out and replaced it with some girl Penelope Cruz is gonna play. I think I am not going to see it because of that. I am really angry I can't even write a proper blog. Orlando Bloom isn't even it. At least Johnny still is otherwise they would loose everything on it. Even so I think the box office isn't going to make very much this go around.

Why do girls throw themselves away like that!?

Hi, hello. Sometimes it really bothers me how girls just don't hesitate or anything and throw themselves away. Even in my grade I know of so many who have and it makes no sense. They are in high school and probably wont ever see the guy after graduation. Oh and then moving in together...he won't even marry you then. At least not for like 10 years. Also statistics show that if you have sex before marriage your guy is more likely to stray off and cheat on you than if you wait until marriage. Sorry gents I am just stating the facts.

Philosophy

Hi, hello. Philosophy is very interesting. My mom has often told me that I am very philosophical and I have to agree with that. For a seventeen year old I have a fair bit of wisdom in my bones but its not because I am smart. I once learned in sunday school that the greatest gift God would give you is the gift of wisdom. My teacher said that he loves it if we ask him for wisdom and I ask him quite frequently and he gives this amazing gift to me. So really what I am getting at is if you have any deep questions or whatever feel free to ask them.

Adam Young

Hi, hello. So last night I clicked onto Adam Young's blog and the song that began to play was "My Hope is Found". This song always hits me so deep and I am currently listening to him sing it and just bawling. The piano part that he does is beautiful. Its not even the beauty of the song that hits me so deep its the words. There are those few songs that bring me tears every time I hear them. "How Deep the Father's Love" is one of those songs. No matter if I am in public or alone every time I listen to it I fall to me knees and just weep. Its such a powerful song as is "My Hope is Found" and I basically just cried through this whole blog post. Another thing is he talks about on the post how he is 24 and bawls like a baby every time. This song is just so powerful that no matter what age you are if you listen and here the words and meaning of it you will cry no matter if you are male of female. Whoever wrote...I don't even know what to say after that. They listened to God and followed their destiny.

Destinies

Hi, hello. I believe that each person was designed in the specific way that they are and God gave each person a destiny to follow. I don't think that destinies find us but I believe that we sort of find them in a way. God has a unique plan for every single person he has created. Although they differ greatly each one is just as important as the last one. I feel as though God is calling me into the ministry area but not around here. I believe that I am going to be going to all sorts of foreign countries and teaching all about him. I also sort of feel as though I am going to be heavily persecuted for this but I am okay with that. That is the destiny that I plan on chasing after. Other destinies could be getting married right after graduation and having kids then being a stay at home mom. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If everyone was off in foreign countries reaching out then there would be no one left at home to raise up and teach the new generations how to be teachers and warriors for Christ (essentially that is what we all are). See every destiny is different from the next but each were purposefully designed by God and that is what makes each one so great.
